1. Delivery Terms

1. GAFFERS WORLD OÜ partners with reputable carriers (e.g., DPD, TNT) to deliver products worldwide.
2. Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery address provided by the Buyer and may be subject to adjustment based on the final calculation by the carrier.
3. Estimated delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and destination. Specific details will be provided during the order process.
4. GAFFERS WORLD OÜ is not responsible for delivery delays or cost changes due to carrier or customs issues.
5. We currently ship to the following countries:

2. Payment Terms

1. Payment can be made via Stripe, other online payment systems, or by invoicing the Company.
2. For custom-made orders, production begins only after payment confirmation.
3. Taxes (TAX) are calculated at the time of payment or invoicing in accordance with applicable laws.
4. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate payment information.

3. Order Processing

1. An order is considered confirmed once payment is received and all necessary details have been verified.
2. Any changes to the order—including the delivery address—may affect the final delivery cost.

4. Additional Information

• If the final delivery cost differs from the initial calculation, GAFFERS WORLD OÜ will contact the Buyer to confirm the updated amount.
