1. Delivery Terms

1. GAFFERS WORLD OÜ partners with reputable carriers (e.g., FedEx) to deliver products worldwide.
2. Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery address provided by the Buyer and may be subject to adjustment based on the final calculation by the carrier.
3. Estimated delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and destination. Specific details will be provided during the order process.
4. GAFFERS WORLD OÜ is not responsible for delivery delays or cost changes due to carrier or customs issues.
5. We currently ship to the following countries:

2. Payment Terms

1. Payment can be made via Stripe, other online payment systems, or by invoicing the Company.
2. For custom-made orders, production begins only after payment confirmation.
3. All prices shown on the website are excluding VAT. VAT (if applicable) is calculated and added at checkout based on the selected delivery country. If the Buyer provides a valid EU VAT number, VAT may be applied at 0% in accordance with EU VAT rules.
4. Orders shipped outside the European Union are invoiced with 0% VAT.
   1. However, the shipment may be subject to import VAT/sales tax, customs duties, and/or carrier handling fees charged by local authorities or the carrier in the destination country.
   2. These charges are calculated by the relevant authorities/carrier and are payable by the recipient upon import or delivery.
5. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate payment information.

3. Order Processing

1. An order is considered confirmed once payment is received and all necessary details have been verified.
2. Any changes to the order—including the delivery address—may affect the final delivery cost.

4. Additional Information

• If the final delivery cost differs from the initial calculation, GAFFERS WORLD OÜ will contact the Buyer to confirm the updated amount.
