2. Returns and Exchanges for Custom-Made Products

1. Due to the nature of custom-made items, returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or if the product does not conform to the order specifications.

2. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at info@gaffersworld.com with a detailed description of the issue and, if applicable, photographic evidence.

3. Returns and Exchanges for Standard Products

1. For ready-made products, returns and exchanges are processed in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws of Estonia and the EU.
