  1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (gaffersworld.com) and the online store operated by GAFFERS WORLD OÜ (“Company”).

  3. The online store is powered by WordPress and WooCommerce, offering ready-made fabrics for lighting equipment and accessories (such as fabrics, frames, bags, flags, etc.), as well as custom-made items.

2. Ordering and Payment

  1. All orders are subject to acceptance by GAFFERS WORLD OÜ.
  2. Orders for custom-made items are processed only after payment confirmation. Production times vary based on order complexity.
  3. Payment is accepted via Stripe, other online payment systems, or by invoicing the Company. Taxes (TAX) are calculated at the time of payment or invoicing.
  4. The Buyer must provide accurate information for order processing and delivery.

3. Modifications and Cancellations

  1. GAFFERS WORLD OÜ reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the website.
  2. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated promptly. Please note that custom-made products may have different cancellation policies.

4. Liability and Dispute Resolution

  1. GAFFERS WORLD OÜ is not liable for delivery delays or cost changes due to carrier or customs issues.
  2. Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiations and, if necessary, in the competent court in Estonia.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union.
